A Drone Tour of A $20 Million Abandoned Mansion In Vancouver

People know it’s bad in Vancouver, but they don’t really know how bad it is. Ridiculously high prices, impossible to find a rental, and there’s tons of empty homes. While that sounds bad, you actually have to see it to understand.

Corby Fieldwalker Studio apparently felt the same way. So they flew a drone through a $19.8 million dollar mansion in Vancouver’s ultra exclusive Point Grey neighborhood over the summer. The listing had previously read the 3,430 square foot home was “in a state of disrepair”. That’s an understatement. Check out the video below to see what $19 million buys you these days.

Oh yeah, the current seller bought the place on Drummond Drive last year for $17.5 million. So it’s not that big of an increase from last year if you think about it. Deal of the century? Leave your comments below.
