This Leaside reno at 362 Bessborough Drive listed with Patrick Rocca got another price cut, piquing our interest since it’s the second price cut in a month. Interestingly enough, this same property experienced a double price cut in April 2011 when it was last listed at $1,798,000. Is it over priced? Too much house? We’re not sure, but we do know it looks brand spanking new with a number of high-end finishes.

It’s very suburban aesthetic isn’t for everyone, but the giant master bedroom suite with a massive bathroom definitely doesn’t require an argument. The massive property (for the city), has a few great features, but our favorite is by far the chef’s kitchen – Sub-Zero fridge, Wolf range, Miele dishwasher.
