20 Lumley Avenue looks like a brand new house in an old neighborhood because it is. Previously listed in 2013 for $998,000, it was billed as a tear down bungalow. So it’s no surprise that everything in the listing is listed as “recently added”, the 2-story house didn’t exist three years ago. Not sure what it sold for then, but the brand-spanking new home is listed with Patrick Rocca for $1,899,000 – almost double what the bungalow in the same spot. So what are you getting?
The Details
The new home is two stories with 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, and completely open concept. Wired for a Sonos sound system throughout, the previous owners clearly built this for a family that likes to entertain. The marble clad kitchen is our favorite room, with the dining room practically built in. Is that worth an extra million though? Let us know in the comments!
Super rip off.
That kitchen is really nice, I wonder how much they’ll come down on the price.
