Everyone’s favorite shark, Robert Herjavec is listing the home he and his ex-wife Diane Plese shared for the past 16 years. The single family palace at 16 High Point Road is located in the Bridle Path, next door to Hong Kong businessman Stanley Ho. It’s currently listed with Barry Cohen for $18,800,000 – which might be a deal considering 10 High Point Road is listed $28,000,000. It was purchased by Herjavec in 2000 for around $7,500,000 – a number he himself has said, was an overpayment.

The 33,650 sq ft, 7 bedroom, 13 bathroom palatial estate features a grand stone entry, marble staircases, and gold-trimmed millwork throughout. Amongst the many features are a ballroom, 3 car garage with parking for 20, a theatre, fitness center, an indoor pool, and a Neff kitchen.
The coolest feature however is the beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with gardens, fountains, and a tea house – because, you know it’s gauche to have tea in the house during the summer….like an animal.
Additional boasting point: The Herjavecs rented this place out during the summers so they could spend time at their summer home in Caledon. Some other people that were so fantastically wealthy they would need a 13 bathroom house for just a week are, John Travola and Bono (that’s separately… just for the record we’ve never seen them shack up together).
